When you sign up to The Big Diet Project, we will send you an assessment form by email.

The assessment is designed to identify your own personal diet and exercise needs.

Your assessment will be reviewed in 24-hours and you will receive a diet and fitness programme, which is individually tailored and nutritionally complete.

You will be given a personal mentor whom you can contact by email whenever you need their support. They will guide you through selected self-help reading materials depending on what is identified at assessment. Your mentor will also contact you every week to offer support and record your weight.

We cannot give you any more information than this because peoples’ needs are different so the structure of the programme will be different for everyone.
